We are looking for a passionate and skilled BLDC Motor Development Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in electric motor design and development. The candidate will be responsible for the complete development cycle of Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, including design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and integration with Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs).
The role involves developing high-performance motors for applications such as drones, robotics, electric mobility, and propulsion systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop BLDC motors based on application requirements
- Perform electromagnetic design calculations and simulations
- Develop motor winding configurations and optimize performance
- Work on motor prototyping, assembly, and validation testing
- Integrate motors with ESCs and tune control algorithms
- Conduct performance testing including efficiency, torque, thermal, and vibration analysis
- Analyze test data and improve motor efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with embedded, firmware, and mechanical teams for system integration
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design specifications

Software Skills
Proficiency in:
- CAD tools such as SolidWorks
- FEA and simulation tools such as:
- ANSYS
- Motor-CAD
Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems
- Firmware integration and debugging knowledge
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional engineering environment

Experience Required
