Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented .NET Developer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications using Microsoft technologies, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Experience: 3+ years in .NET

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust backend applications using WPF, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to support business requirements.
Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles.
Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure code quality and continuous improvement.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security by implementing industry best practices.
Manage source code using Git and follow established version control and branching strategies.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, technical specifications, and implementation guides as required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Adapt responsibilities as project and business requirements evolve.

Skills

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, WPF and ASP. NET Core for developing scalable, high-performance applications.
Solid expertise in designing and developing ASP. NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services.
Proficiency in Entity Framework Core with hands-on experience in ORM, LINQ, and database migrations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth 2.0), and API security best practices.
Experience with Git and modern collaborative development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and clean coding practices.
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
Understanding of software development best practices, code reviews, unit testing, and version control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional Agile environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Microservices Architecture.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, with an understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies for building and deploying scalable applications.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
Understanding of caching mechanisms and technologies such as Redis to enhance application performance.
Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using tools like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar message brokers.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and collaborative development practices.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications
