Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

App Knit is a growing software design and development company headquartered in Chandigarh. We specialize in building high-quality web and mobile applications for global clients. With a team of 40+ professionals, we focus on innovation, execution excellence, and long-term growth.

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can support hiring, employee operations, administrative processes, and day-to-day office management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support the company's HR, recruitment, administration, and operational activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of HR and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & HR Operations

Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidate profiles.
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Assist with employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate tax declarations and compliance-related employee documentation.

2. Administration & Office Operations

Manage office administration activities and daily operations.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
Maintain records of company assets, including laptops and accessories.
Assist in procurement and inventory management.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational records.

3. Compliance & Documentation Support

Assist in maintaining HR and company documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and service providers when required.
Support finance and compliance-related administrative activities.
Submit Softex Forms to Bank for FIRC Knockoffs.
Maintain organized records for audits, employee files, and statutory documentation.

4. General Operational Support

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support management with various operational and coordination activities.
Handle ad-hoc administrative and HR responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong documentation and record-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with hiring portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and productivity tools.
AI Leverage
Basic understanding of HR compliance and documentation processes.
