Senior Developer (CX Salesforce)

Experience:4 to 6 Years

Job Description

• Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Build and support integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimized solutions • Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers • Support data migration, release management, and deployment activities • Conduct POCs, demos, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) • Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits • Lead small modules or internal initiatives as needed

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools • Familiar with Salesforce DX, Copado, Git, and version control systems • Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment with clients and cross-functional teams
