Full job description

SRIOA is looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day office operations, monitor office activities, and ensure smooth coordination among staff members. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and should be able to manage office tasks, maintain discipline, and support the team in daily administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office operations and administrative activities.
Monitor office staff and ensure all activities are running smoothly.
Maintain office discipline, attendance, and work coordination.
Manage office supplies, records, documents, and basic reporting.
Coordinate with staff members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist management in supervising daily office activities.
Maintain proper communication between team members and management.
Handle visitor management, calls, emails, and general office queries.
Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and productive.
Support HR, accounts, and management teams whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admin, office management, or a similar role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to monitor office activities and staff performance.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and email handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
Ability to handle office work independently.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate:

Someone who is active, disciplined, and confident in managing office operations.
Prior experience in real estate, sales office, corporate office, or administrative support will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and interview discussion

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
