Full job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Management

Own and maintain the brand’s visual and verbal identity across platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, tone, and customer communication.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence internally and externally.
Plan and execute brand‑building initiatives and campaigns within budget.
Monitor brand perception, competitors, and market trends.

2. Creative Content Development

Conceptualize and produce visual brand assets for digital and offline use.
Design creatives for:
Social media
Marketing campaigns
Website banners and landing pages
Presentations, brochures, and internal communication
Edit videos for:
Social media
Marketing promos
Product or service explainers
Reels, shorts, and basic motion graphics

3. Video Editing & Motion Content

Edit videos using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Add subtitles, transitions, basic animations, logos, and background music.
Optimize video formats for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website).
Maintain a consistent visual look and pacing aligned with the brand.

4. Graphic Design

Create static and lightweight animated designs using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
Adapt designs for multiple formats and devices.
Work independently on design tasks with minimal supervision.

5. Website Content & Updates

Update and manage website content, including:
Text updates
Image and banner changes
Blog uploads
Basic layout changes (within CMS limitations)
Coordinate with developers when technical changes are required.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and brand tone.
Optimize content for basic SEO and user experience.

6. Campaign Execution & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, sales, and founders to execute campaigns.
Translate marketing briefs into final creative outputs.
Manage timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
Coordinate with freelancers or agencies when required.

7. Performance & Optimization

Track performance of brand content across channels.
Analyse engagement metrics and suggest periodic improvements.
Refine content and visuals based on audience response and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have Skills

Strong understanding of branding principles and storytelling.

Hands‑on experience in:
Video editing
Graphic design
Website content management (CMS)

Proficiency or Willing to learn and adapt to tools such as:
Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva
Video editing software
WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Good‑to‑Have Skills

Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics.
Experience in a startup or small‑company environment.
Copywriting or content structuring skills.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not mandatory).
