We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can drive high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition through paid media channels.

What You’ll Own

· Scale qualified lead generation through Google, YouTube, Meta, and remarketing campaigns.

· Manage campaign execution, optimization, and budget allocation across paid media channels.

· Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization.

· Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

· Implement accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.

· Leverage AI-powered tools to improve campaign execution, creative production, and testing velocity.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing channels.

· Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance audits.

· Improve campaign efficiency by optimizing targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing page performance.

· Work closely with content, design, and growth teams to execute and scale marketing campaigns.

· Utilize AI-powered tools to create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets.

· Monitor campaign performance, attribution, and conversion metrics to maximize lead quality and ROI.

Skills & ExperienceMust Have

· 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.

· Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

· Experience running YouTube lead generation campaigns.

· Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable results.

· Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.

· Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Meta Ads Manager.

· Ability to manage campaigns independently from setup to optimization.

Preferred

· Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Products, IT Training, or Developer-Focused Businesses.

· Experience promoting webinars, bootcamps, events, or certification programs.

· Understanding of high-intent lead generation funnels.

· Familiarity with developer audiences and technology career segments.

Bonus Points

· Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.

· Experience using AI tools for creative generation and campaign optimization.

· Knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar platforms.

· Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation workflows.
