Under indirect supervision, the Procurement Coordinator – Level II supports global sourcing, procurement, and finance teams by maintaining procurement systems, coordinating approvals, and ensuring effective control of procurement activities. This role is responsible for supplier data management, documentation, procurement analytics, engineering release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of procurement processes while meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update procurement systems to ensure accurate and complete supplier and procurement data.
- Proactively engage with suppliers to collect required documentation, maintain supplier records, and support supplier enablement in procurement systems.
- Coordinate contract documentation, closure activities, and recording of procurement-related documents in compliance with internal procedures.
- Prepare and support documentation required for sourcing events and procurement activities.
- Assist sourcing teams in achieving business objectives related to cost, quality, delivery, and inventory optimization.
- Support supplier quality initiatives in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineers, suppliers, and category teams.
- Act as a liaison between procurement and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Coordinate Engineering Release (ER) processes, product data management, and release activities to ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes.
- Track change requests, approvals, and implementation status across stakeholders.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure supplier commitments are met within agreed timelines.
- Participate in project teams to support process improvements and change implementation.
- Generate repeatable analytics, reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations to support business decision-making.
- Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of procurement data across systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows and release management processes.
- Participate in health, safety, and environmental awareness initiatives and perform additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

- Experience supporting engineering release or change management processes is an advantage.
Work Schedule
- Shift Timing: EMEA Shift – 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English preferred.
