Full job description

Administrative Management

Oversee daily administrative operations of the factory and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Maintain office systems, records, documentation, and filing processes.
Coordinate with management for operational and administrative requirements.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and discipline are followed across the facility.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

Manage factory housekeeping, maintenance coordination, security, and overall infrastructure upkeep.
Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, internet, and generator operations.
Coordinate repairs and AMC services for office and factory equipment.
Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and employee welfare facilities are maintained.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

Handle vendor communications for admin-related purchases and services.
Monitor quotations, purchase requests, approvals, and delivery follow-ups.
Maintain records of inventory, stationery, pantry, and housekeeping materials.
Ensure cost-effective procurement and vendor performance tracking.

HR & Employee Support

Support HR activities including attendance monitoring, leave records, onboarding coordination, and employee documentation.
Coordinate accommodation, travel, transport, and staff logistics when required.
Address employee administrative concerns and provide operational support.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain statutory records, licenses, agreements, and administrative compliance documents.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities for admin-related matters.
Ensure proper documentation for inspections, audits, and internal reporting.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a liaison between management, production, stores, HR, and maintenance teams.
Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and management reporting.
Support production and operations teams with administrative requirements to avoid workflow disruptions.

Inventory & Asset Management

Maintain records of company assets, furniture, equipment, and consumables.
Conduct periodic asset verification and stock monitoring.
Ensure proper allocation and tracking of administrative resources.

Security & Safety Coordination

Supervise security personnel, visitor management, and access control systems.
Ensure adherence to factory safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Coordinate emergency response support and incident reporting.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare administrative MIS reports and expense summaries.
Track admin budgets and control operational expenses.
Submit periodic reports to management regarding facility operations and admin performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Handle special projects and management assignments as required.
Support smooth execution of factory events, client visits, and inspections.
Continuously improve administrative processes for better efficiency and productivity.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
