Duties & Responsibilities

Led end-to-end battery manufacturing operations ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production
Planned and executed production schedules to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Supervised electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, formation, aging, and packaging processes
Ensured compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and EHS regulations
Monitored production KPIs including yield, OEE, rejection rate, and cycle time
