Experience - 8+ Years

Location - Cochin

Roles and Responsibility:

Drive secondary sales through VSO (Value Sales Opportunities).
Conduct regular reviews of salesmens performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
Monitor productivity, attendance, and absenteeism to optimize workforce.
Ensure sales pipelines for salesmen, SS, and SUB D are ready to avoid delays.
Regularly check outlet targets and performance of channel partners.
Manage distribution and market expansion through SDE (Sales Development Executive).
Optimize sales routes (beat optimization) for better coverage.
Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, and Marketing teams to solve market issues.
Create action plans to enter new markets.
Follow market working norms, ensuring 4 days of market presence each week.
Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility in retail stores.
Control expenses to stay within budget.
Build a strong, empowered team and identify high-potential leaders.
Ensure all team members follow company policies and ethical standards.
