Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to support the overall Admin team by assisting with logistics, providing essential back-end support, and ensuring seamless general coordination across all projects. The intern will play a key part in streamlining operational workflows, managing communications and handling the foundational details that ensure every event runs smoothly from planning to execution. Full-cycle event support, logistics, and coordination. Given the timeline, we need someone who can see projects through from inception to execution.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing CEEW's internal and external events
Support facilitating events on-site, ensuring a smooth flow of activities and guest experience
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
Manage event logistics including registrations, guest handling, and scheduling
Assist in preparing event timelines, checklists, and budgets
Conduct research for venues, themes, and vendors
Handle on-ground coordination during events and resolve basic operational issues
Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills:

A go getter attitude!
0-1-year experience in events management
Prior experience in creative writing/copywriting, editing, designing, secondary research and coordination
A strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills: strong spoken and written English, and a reasonable grasp of spoken and written Hindi
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Ability to adhere to (and manage multiple) timelines
