Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer – Azure to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, security, automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and manage scalable and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure.
Manage Azure services including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Load Balancer, and Azure Monitor.
Implement and maintain Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, and routing.
Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting languages.
Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure system availability and performance.
Implement cloud security, identity, access management, and compliance best practices using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure security services.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for Azure workloads.
Optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and other stakeholders to support application deployments.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Good knowledge of: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Network (VNet), Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Functions
Strong understanding of Azure networking and security.
Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in Azure CLI and PowerShell.
Knowledge of Git and version control.
Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes/AKS is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400.
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and cloud automation practices.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
