Job Summary: -

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, confident, and technically aware IT project coordinator with 1–2 years of relevant experience to coordinate software development projects and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of frontend and backend development, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and manage development teams. The candidate will be responsible for project tracking, requirement coordination, team follow-up, client communication, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: -

Project & Team Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day activities of software development projects.
Work closely with frontend and backend developers to monitor project progress.
Allocate and coordinate project-related tasks with the concerned team members.
Follow up with developers to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
Monitor project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Maintain proper coordination between development, QA, design, and other internal teams.
Ensure team members have a clear understanding of assigned requirements and priorities.
Identify project delays, blockers, and dependencies and escalate them to the project manager when required.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain project trackers and status reports.
Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, updates, and decisions.

Client Management

Act as a key coordination point between clients and internal technical teams.
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, updates, feedback, and deliverables.
Understand client requirements and communicate them accurately to the development team.
Handle client queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Follow up with clients for pending requirements, approvals, feedback, and clarifications.
Maintain positive and professional client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication regarding project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate client feedback with the relevant development or QA team and track it through completion.
Escalate critical client concerns to senior management when necessary.

Technical Coordination

Understand the basic workflow of frontend and backend development.
Coordinate with developers regarding technical requirements, task status, bugs, and implementation timelines.
Understand basic concepts of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, PHP/Laravel, Node.js, APIs, and databases.
Coordinate with QA teams for testing, bug resolution, retesting, and final delivery.
Ensure that client requirements and approved changes are properly communicated to the technical team.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Economics or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination, software project coordination, technical coordination, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating with frontend and backend development teams.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and effectively handle a project team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook/Email.
Experience with Jira, Trello, Zoho, or similar project management tools will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be:

Smart, presentable, confident, and professional.
Comfortable handling clients and managing professional communication.
Capable of coordinating and managing multiple team members effectively.
Technically aware and comfortable communicating with developers.
Strong in follow-up, task management, and deadline management.
Proactive in identifying project issues and finding practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT/software development environment.
