Full job description

Sales Executive – Personal Loan (NBFC)

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products and features.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and company guidelines.
Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately.
Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and assess customer profiles.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for loan processing.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely document submission and loan disbursement.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets set by the company.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, referral partners, and channel partners.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and internal processes.
Resolve customer queries and provide post-disbursement support when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Sales and customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.
Documentation and KYC verification knowledge.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Branch Manager
Industry: NBFC – Personal Loans
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with sales aptitude may also apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
