What You'll Be Working On
As part of our next phase of growth, Webtraffi c Agency is scaling its Sales & Business Development engine to acquire international and domestic clients directly beyond inbound and referral channels. As an intern, you will be on the ground fl oor of this outbound growth motion, helping us build pipeline with B2B companies across the USA, Middle East, Europe, and Australia, as well as large and mid-size Indian companies giving you rare, hands-on exposure to modern lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, and data-driven prospecting from day one.

About the Role
You will be part of the Business Development & Sales Team, supporting outreach and pipeline building for Webtraffi c's core service offerings - across digital engineering, websites & AI-powered products, SEO/AEO/GEO, branding, DevOps & AI automation, content production & technology consulting. This is a learning-fi rst role - you will be trained on outbound sales processes, LinkedIn-led prospecting, data scraping tools, and AI productivity tools by the founding team. The goal is for you to grow into a full funnel & growth contributor within the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and build prospect lists of international companies (USA, Middle East, Europe, Australia) and large/mid-size Indian companies across target industries who could benefi t from our digital engineering and technology services. ● Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and data-scraping-driven lead lists to generate interest and schedule discovery calls ● Use modern lead generation tools and the latest prospecting trends (LinkedIn, scraping tools, intent data, Vibe prospecting, AI-assisted research) to identify high-fi t accounts ● Learn the basics of Webtraffi c's service offerings - digital ecosystem architecture, SEO/AEO/GEO, branding, DevOps & AI automation - to speak confi dently in early conversations ● Assist senior team members in preparing pitch decks, capability decks, and proposal materials ● Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and document all interactions ● Attend virtual/in-person networking events, webinars, and industry forums to represent Webtraffic ● Share on-ground feedback from prospects back with the founding team to improve messaging and positioning ● Conduct market research on competitors, regional buyer behaviour, and industry-specifi c pain points across our target geographies
Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Mass Media, or a related fi eld ● 0 experience required. Freshers are welcome; we will train you ● Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, performance marketing, social media) ● Genuine curiosity about international B2B sales, LinkedIn-led outreach, and data-driven lead generation - you don't need prior experience, but must be excited to learn ● Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc. for drafting outreach, research, and productivity ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, comfortable communicating with international prospects ● Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and minimal supervision ● Profi cient in Microsoft Offi ce / Google Workspace ● Self-starter who can manage time independently and follow through on commitments

Potential for Full-Time Conversion
High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development & Growth role at the end of the internship, as we scale our international and domestic client acquisition.
