Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer

to lead the visual communication and creative design requirements of the company.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media creatives, print design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and management teams to develop high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and offline marketing campaigns.

· Create designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, websites, presentations, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.

· Maintain consistency of company branding across all communication channels.

· Design marketing creatives for campaigns, product launches, offers, events, and corporate communication.

· Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into effective visual content.

· Create and manage brand templates, design guidelines, and creative assets.

· Review and improve designs created by junior designers.

· Take ownership of creative projects from concept to final execution.

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure accuracy of artwork for print production.

· Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing trends, typography, layouts, and visual styles.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.

· Ensure all final artwork meets professional standards of quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

· Experience with Figma and Canva.

· Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

· Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity.

· Ability to create both digital and print-ready artwork.

· Basic understanding of motion graphics/video editing will be an advantage.

· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

· Good time-management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

· E-commerce / D2C / Retail

· Digital marketing

· Corporate branding

· Social media marketing

· Product and promotional campaigns

· Advertising and marketing creatives

· Motion graphics and short-form video content

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Quality and creativity of design output.

· Timely delivery of assigned projects.

· Brand consistency across all creatives.

· Number and quality of creative concepts delivered.

· Ability to independently handle complete design projects.

· Responsiveness to marketing and business requirements.

· Contribution of creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

· Reduction of design errors and revisions.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, responsible, and business-oriented, with the ability to understand not only how a design should look but also how it should communicate and support business objectives.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and should be willing to take ownership of projects from concept → design → execution → final delivery.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
