Full job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Sales team and drive program conversions for The Healing Wiz.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Executives and Chat Executives, ensuring consistent follow-ups, monitoring sales performance, coaching team members, and achieving conversion and revenue targets across each workshop cycle.

You will work closely with the VP of Sales to execute the company's sales strategy and build a consistent, accountable, and high-performing sales team.

This is a fully remote position ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales Team Management

Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of Sales Executives and Chat Executives.
Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations.
Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
Coach team members on discovery, pitching, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing.
Review sales calls and conversations to identify areas for improvement.
Motivate the team and maintain a strong culture of accountability and performance.

Sales Conversion

Drive program conversions from workshop participants.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads.
Monitor lead assignment and ensure no opportunities are missed.
Support Sales Executives in handling difficult objections and high-value prospects.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Escalate high-value or complex opportunities to the appropriate leadership team member.

Pipeline & CRM Management

Monitor the sales pipeline on a daily basis.
Ensure all leads and sales activities are accurately updated in the CRM.
Track follow-ups, consultations, proposals, and closures.
Identify stalled opportunities and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Maintain accurate pipeline visibility for the VP of Sales.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
Prepare regular sales performance reports.
Monitor:
Leads contacted
Follow-ups completed
Consultations
Conversion rates
Program-wise sales
Revenue generated
Average deal value
Individual sales performance
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to the VP of Sales.

Process Improvement

Ensure the team follows approved sales scripts, processes, and playbooks.
Identify recurring objections and customer concerns and share insights with the VP of Sales.
Provide feedback to improve scripts, sales materials, and follow-up sequences.
Support the implementation of new sales processes and systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality and customer behaviour.
Coordinate with the VP of Sales on targets, strategy, and team performance.
Work with Operations and Delivery where required to ensure smooth customer handover.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
1–2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in high-ticket B2C sales is preferred.
Experience in coaching, wellness, edtech, personal development, or similar industries is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, follow-up processes, objection handling, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coaching and people-management skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
Alignment with The Healing Wiz's mission is a strong plus.

WORKING HOURS

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday
