Using hand and power tools: Employing a variety of tools for cutting, shaping, fitting, and fastening.
Welding: Utilizing welding equipment to join structural components.
Inspecting fabricated components: Checking dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of parts.
Adhering to safety standards: Following all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
Collaborating with other team members: Working with production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Specific Skills:

Fitter skills: Including fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components.
Welding skills: Proficiency in various welding techniques.
Tool and machinery operation: Knowledge and experience in using various hand and power tools, as well as machinery like lathes and CNC machines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
Blueprint reading and interpretation: Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
