We are seeking a results-driven, highly autonomous Freelance Recruiter to join our talent acquisition efforts on a contract/project basis. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized positions, sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sourcing: Independently source, screen, and pipeline qualified candidates using advanced boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting techniques, and alternative talent pools.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess technical competency, cultural alignment, and genuine motivation. Ensure candidate authenticity and vet for quality.
End-to-End Management: Coordinate interview schedules, brief candidates before client rounds, and manage the feedback loop efficiently.
Offer Negotiation: Act as the bridge between the candidate and hiring team, managing expectations regarding compensation, notice periods, and offer closure.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter (Agency, Corporate, or Freelance background).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record recruiting for [Specify Industry, e.g., Tech/IT, Fintech, PLM, or Leadership roles].
Tools of the Trade: High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and advanced AI sourcing tools.
Autonomous Mindset: Strong self-discipline with the ability to manage your own hours, prioritize multiple open requisitions, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building instant rapport with passive talent.
Infrastructure: Must have your own reliable laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for conducting interviews.
