PositionSales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager

We are looking for energetic, smart, and target-oriented professionals who can generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new clients for branding, events, and marketing services
Present company services and business proposals to clients
Schedule and attend client meetings independently
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Handle client follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and closures
Identify new market opportunities and business expansion areas
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Maintain MIS reports and sales records
Participate in corporate meetings, exhibitions, and networking activities

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Events, or Business Development
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident personality with professional presentation skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Candidate should be comfortable with client visits and field meetings
