Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell EV charging station solutions. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in EV infrastructure, transformers, electrical lines, power projects, or real estate sales, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV charging stations. • Pitch EV charging solutions to commercial properties, real estate developers, residential societies, fleet operators, malls, hotels, hospitals, and corporates. • Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and installations. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities: • Promote EV charging products and services through field marketing and digital channels. • Develop market strategies to increase brand presence and awareness. • Identify potential locations for EV charger deployment. • Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis. • Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings related to EV and electrical infrastructure. Client & Coordination: • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts) for smooth execution. • Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups until project closure. Eligibility & Requirements • Experience: 1–3 years in sales & marketing (EV charging, electrical, transformer, power line, infrastructure, or real estate sales preferred). • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and basic understanding of EV charging systems is an advantage. • Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
