About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Content Writer who is early in their career and excited to build a strong foundation in B2B content marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, researching, learning how campaigns are built, and helping content reach the right audience across social media, communities, newsletters, and other distribution channels.

You will work closely with the content, SEO, design, and marketing teams to support content creation, publishing, optimization, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Writing Support

Assist in writing blogs, social media posts, email copy, landing page content, newsletters, and campaign assets.
Support the content team with research, first drafts, outlines, summaries, and content repurposing.
Convert long-form content into short-form posts, snippets, carousels, email blurbs, and community posts.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, structure, and tone.

2. Content Distribution

Help distribute content across LinkedIn, social media platforms, relevant communities, forums, newsletters, and partner channels.
Support employee advocacy by helping team members turn company content into LinkedIn posts.
Track where content has been published, shared, and distributed.
Identify relevant groups, communities, pages, and conversations where our content can be shared meaningfully.

3. Campaign Support

Assist the marketing team in launching content-led campaigns.
Coordinate with the SEO team to optimize and publish blogs and website content.
Work with designers to provide content inputs for creatives, carousels, ads, and social media assets.
Help maintain campaign calendars, publishing schedules, and content trackers.
Support basic reporting by tracking content performance across channels.

4. SEO and Publishing Support

Upload and format blogs or website pages on CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools.
Help with basic on-page SEO tasks such as meta titles, meta descriptions, internal links, headings, image alt text, and keyword placement.
Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized before publishing.
Review published content to ensure formatting, links, CTAs, and visuals are correct.

5. Research and Content Operations

Conduct basic research on industry topics, competitors, customer pain points, and trending conversations.
Maintain content repositories, campaign sheets, publishing trackers, and asset libraries.
Help organize content ideas, references, examples, and drafts.
Support the team with documentation and recurring content operations.

What We Are Looking For

0 to 1 year of experience in content writing, marketing, journalism, communications, or internships in a similar field.
Preferably from a Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related background.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good grammar, attention to detail, and ability to write clearly.
Interest in B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, content marketing, and social media.
Ability to research, summarize, and simplify complex topics.
Willingness to learn SEO, content distribution, campaign execution, and marketing tools.
Comfortable working with multiple teams such as content, SEO, design, and marketing.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage small tasks without constant follow-up.

Good to Have

Internship experience in content writing, social media, PR, journalism, or digital marketing.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, and online communities.
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or any CMS.
Ability to create simple social media captions, content summaries, and short-form posts.
Interest in learning how B2B campaigns are planned, launched, and distributed.
