Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects and possess strong technical and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction activities at project sites.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, site progress updates, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and site execution.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, and project documentation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
