Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Director Sales / Regional Managing Director (RMD) / Director – Global Sales / Managing Partner – Sales & Growth. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing business development initiatives, and identifying opportunities to achieve revenue growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, leading and mentoring teams, building strong client relations, and optimising customer service processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful execution of sales objectives while consistently achieving business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue goals.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations and optimising processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service to address client concerns and maintain high satisfaction
- Leadership abilities in Team Management to guide, supervise, and motivate dynamic sales teams
- Knowledge of market trends, ability to formulate strategies, and result-oriented thinking
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing global or regional sales activities will be a significant advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional and global B2B sales growth for UKIYO AI solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, enterprise clients, and strategic partners
- Promote AI automation, AI voice agents, lead generation, SEO/AEO/AIO, and enterprise growth solutions
- Generate and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities
- Develop market expansion strategies for assigned territories
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and support teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor and guide regional sales associates or partner teams where applicable
