Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services. Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable talent solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
Develop strategic partnerships with domestic and global clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, or IT Services sales.
Strong understanding of domestic and international staffing markets.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience working with MSP, direct clients, and staffing partners is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
