Product Support – Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Product Support – Maintenance Engineer for our Projection Screen division.

Job Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Projection Screens and related systems
Handling electrical settings, calibration, and machine maintenance
Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective onsite or remote support
Coordinating with production, sales, and customer support teams
Ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and electrical systems in the factory/service environment
Maintaining service records and technical reports
Supporting product testing, quality checks, and preventive maintenance activities

Candidate Profile

Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or related technical field
Good knowledge of electrical systems, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience in handling electrical equipment and service support activities
Ability to understand technical drawings and operating procedures
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to travel for installation and service support if required
Problem-solving attitude with practical technical knowledge

Preferred Skills

Experience in AV products, motorized systems, automation, or industrial electrical maintenance will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills
Ability to work independently and handle customer support professionally
