Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers for Marketing and Sales roles. The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and an interest in business development, sales, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and field visits.
Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback.
Meet monthly sales targets and business goals.
Attend meetings, presentations, and client visits when required.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA freshers in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.
Good computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
Candidate must have their own bike.
