Job Description :

Plan and manage production schedules and manpower allocation to ensure timely and efficient operations
Co-ordination for ISO / CE certification

Develop new products based on customer or market requirements, from concept to completion

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 and other Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Conduct in-process inspections by verifying components as per the Bill of Materials used in manufacturing; prepare checklists in line with QMS guidelines
Monitor and track the incoming defect rate at sites for finished goods dispatched from the factory
Maintain and manage quality documentation, including ISO-related records; actively participate in ISO audits

Design, Development, testing & debugging of: High speed Digital, Analog, controllers, ULC, PLC etc. using inputs from clients.
Prepare the IO summary based on Sequence of operation and other technical data.

Able to write Macros and create logic in HMI and Software.
