Our Company is an engaging maths learning platform designed for children aged 2 to 10 years. We help young learners build maths confidence through fun, structured, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
We are now expanding in India and are looking for a target-driven Field Sales Executive to help us introduce it to preschools, schools, activity centres, parents, and education partners across Noida and Delhi NCR.
Role Overview
This is a field-sales-focused role for someone who is confident, energetic, and comfortable meeting schools, preschool owners, teachers, centre heads, and parents directly.
You will be responsible for generating leads, visiting institutions, presenting the product, converting prospects, and building strong local relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit preschools, schools, daycare centres, activity centres, tuition centres, and learning hubs.
- Pitch product to school owners, principals, coordinators, teachers, and parents.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct product demos and explain how our product helps children aged 2–10 improve maths confidence.
- Convert B2B leads such as preschools, schools, and centres into paid partnerships.
- Support B2C sales by engaging parents directly through school events, demos, and local campaigns.
- Maintain daily sales activity reports, lead status, follow-ups, and conversion updates.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with schools, centres, and parent communities.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable doing field visits across Noida and nearby areas.
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
- Experience in EdTech, school sales, preschool sales, field sales, insurance, banking, FMCG, or local B2C sales is preferred.
- Confident in speaking with school owners, principals, teachers, and parents.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps or digital learning platforms.
- Self-driven, punctual, presentable, and professional.
- Own vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year sales experience preferred.
- Must be willing to travel locally for meetings and visits.
- Good Hindi and English communication required.
- Must be based in or near Noida / Delhi NCR.
