Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN)

Department: Nursing Services
Location: Hospital – ICU, NICU, PICU, HDU, General Ward, Private Ward & Emergency
Employment Type: Full Time / Rotational Shifts

Qualification

GNM / B.Sc Nursing/ M.sc Nursing/ Post BSc.
Valid Chhattisgarh Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)

Experience

1–5 years of clinical experience
Hands-on exposure to ICU / NICU / PICU / HDU / General & Private Wards / Emergency
Freshers may apply (training & competency assessment as per NABH)

Job Responsibilities

Provide safe, quality nursing care as per doctors’ orders and hospital protocols
Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and maintain nursing records
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections safely
Assist in emergency care, CPR, and critical procedures
Care of critically ill patients including ventilated patients
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and biomedical waste management
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge care
Maintain documentation as per NABH standards

Skills Required

Strong clinical and observation skills
Knowledge of emergency and critical care protocols
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Certifications (Preferred)

BLS (Mandatory)
ACLS / PALS / NRP (as applicable)

Working Hours

Rotational shifts including night duties
