Senior Salesforce Consultant
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience Required: 5 – 5.5 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle and a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of Salesforce project delivery, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and support system enhancements.
Follow Salesforce development best practices and maintain high-quality code standards.

Required Experience & Skills

5 to 5.5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Minimum 3 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
