Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Customer Support Executive for a POS-based software company. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to assist customers with technical issues related to POS systems, software, hardware, and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone and other communication channels
Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, and basic network-related issues
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and proper follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Stay updated with product knowledge and system updates

Requirements

Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
Basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
Prior experience in technical support or customer service will be an added advantage

Work Environment

Office-based role (In-person)
Night shift working schedule
