About us
Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. operates Tiki Farms Resort, a 9-key boutique resort set across 8 acres in Karjat, Raigad, Maharashtra — known for its tropical, peaceful, and personalised hospitality. Mai Kai is the resort's signature multicuisine restaurant, designed to operate as an independent revenue centre serving both resort guests and external diners.
Job purpose
We are hiring an HR Executive to own end-to-end recruitment across Tiki Farms Resort and Mai Kai Restaurant, manage payroll coordination, and handle HR operations across all verticals of Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you will be the first dedicated HR hire, building systems from the ground up while supporting an active hiring wave across hospitality operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for resort, restaurant, kitchen, housekeeping, sales, and head office roles
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), WhatsApp groups, hospitality institutes, and referral networks
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, induction, and joining coordination for all new hires
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, salary processing, and reimbursements
- Coordinate payroll activities and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with accounts
- Manage employee records, contracts, and exit formalities including full and final settlements
- Assist in half-yearly and annual performance appraisals across departments
- Implement HR policies, maintain compliance, and address employee queries
- Maintain an updated HR MIS — headcount, open positions, payroll status, attrition
Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or FMCG
- Proven hands-on recruitment experience — not just coordination, but actual sourcing and closing
- Any graduate; HR certification or diploma a plus
- Languages: English (written and spoken), Hindi and Marathi mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email; familiarity with job portals

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously across locations
- Comfortable managing confidential employee information
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Genuine interest in the hospitality sector and people management
Compensation & benefits
Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
Work location: Head Office, 204 Shivam Chambers, S.V. Road, Goregaon (W), Mumbai – 400062
Working days: 6 days a week · Monday to Saturday
Working pattern
- Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week
- Office-based at Goregaon West, Mumbai
- Periodic travel to Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat for onboarding and HR visits
- Immediate joining preferred
