We are looking for a driven and experienced C++ Developer having knowledge on Java to join our team, based at the Candescent in Mumbai. You will be a contributing member of a highly skilled and motivated Agile team of engineers, working on innovative solutions for the financial services market. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in a supportive environment with plenty of opportunity to further learn, grow and get mentorship from experienced team members.

Develop high quality software which meets requirements, promote re-use of software components and facilitates ease of support.
Stay current with technology and form best practices.
Gain good understanding of design patterns.
Practice Agile development and become familiar with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma Lean principles, and the Scaled Agile Framework.
Learn to analyze, design and implement software mechanisms to improve code stability, performance, and reusability. Participate in code review sessions.
Create high quality documentation, where necessary, for example functional specifications and unit test specifications.
Practice TDD/BDD, conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement changes to ensure adherence to test plan for functional and non-functional requirements.
Great written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years’ experience in software design and development
experience on coding using C++
Good to have Java 11 & Higher knowledge
REST Web Services knowledge
Docker and Kubernetes
Database technologies including Oracle & PostgreSQL
Cloud/SAAS Deployment into Google Cloud, AWS and Azure
C++ with Linux knowledge is must
Should have Perl & Shell scripts knowledge
Should have knowledge of CI/CD
Great written and verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
