Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

Rtstics is looking for a versatile, high-energy creative to join our team. This role is designed for a visual storyteller who lives at the intersection of traditional post-production and the cutting edge of Artificial Intelligence. You won't just be "cutting clips"; you will be responsible for crafting high-end brand experiences through seamless editing, sophisticated motion design, and cinematic color grading.

The Role

As a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist, you will lead the post-production workflow for various branding and marketing projects. We need someone who can take a raw concept and transform it into a polished, high-impact visual asset using the best tools available—whether that’s a manual keyframe or a generative AI prompt.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing: Execute seamless narrative and promotional edits using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Motion Graphics: Design and animate complex 2D/3D elements, typography, and UI walkthroughs in After Effects.
Color Grading: Deliver cinematic looks and maintain visual consistency across all deliverables using DaVinci Resolve.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Topaz, or Firefly) to accelerate workflows, generate assets, and push the boundaries of traditional video.
Sound Design: Curate and mix audio, including SFX and music bed leveling, to enhance the emotional impact of the visuals.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all video content aligns with client brand guidelines and the high aesthetic standards of Rtstics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert Software Knowledge: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.
The AI Edge: Proven ability to integrate AI into the creative process—from generative video and image expansion to AI-driven rotoscoping and voice enhancement.
Color Mastery: Deep understanding of color theory, LUTs, and nodes for professional-grade grading.
Motion Literacy: Strong grasp of timing, easing, and spatial transformation in animation.
Technical Savvy: Knowledge of codecs, aspect ratios for various platforms (Social vs. Web), and file management.
Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating a mix of clean editing, sleek motion graphics, and creative use of AI.
