Job Summary

Tapasya Project is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, billing, budgeting, quality control, team management, and timely project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Oversee billing, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost control activities.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Review drawings, technical documents, and project reports.
Monitor material procurement, inventory, and resource utilization.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues during project execution.
Ensure effective coordination among all project stakeholders.
