Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client delivery across Manufacturing and Distribution projects/programs.
Act as a techno-functional expert, bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define requirements, and provide strategic recommendations.
Design scalable, end-to-end functional and technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
Drive solution architecture discussions and ensure successful implementation delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers.
Develop strategic roadmaps and transformation plans for clients.
Manage client communication, governance, and delivery expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for operational efficiency.
Support pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and proposal development when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Manufacturing and Distribution business processes and operations.
Proven techno-functional expertise with the ability to understand both business and technical aspects of solutions.
Experience managing and delivering end-to-end client engagements.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage delivery timelines effectively.
Experience in roadmap development, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to design comprehensive end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
