Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Real Estate to support our real estate team and leadership. The ideal candidate will manage administrative operations, coordinate transactions, maintain client communications, and help ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to real estate agents, brokers, and management.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Prepare, organize, and maintain property files, contracts, and legal documents.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and vendors.
Track transaction deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Assist with listing management, MLS updates, and marketing coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Maintain CRM databases and client records.
Assist with office operations and special projects to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Real Estate Assistant preferred.
Knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems and real estate software is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Real estate transaction coordination experience.
Familiarity with MLS platforms and property management systems.
Social media and marketing coordination experience.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
