Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Office Boy shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day administrative support within the office premises. Key duties include:

Ensure daily cleaning, refilling, and proper functioning of the tea and coffee machine.
Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, and disposable items (cups/glasses), and report shortages in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the concerned vendor or team in case of machine malfunction.
Refill water bottles and maintain general cleanliness of office equipment, including laptops and workstations.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, well-organized, and equipped with necessary amenities at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of recreational items and common areas.
Ensure all printers are adequately stocked with paper and are operational.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and basic document handling tasks as required.
Scan and share vouchers, bills, agreements, and other relevant documents with the concerned personnel.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of KYC documents, invoices, bills, and agreements in an organized and date-wise manner.
Maintain records in compliance with internal documentation standards.
Serve water, tea, and coffee to visitors and staff at reception areas and meeting rooms in a courteous and timely manner.
Perform daily pooja as per organizational practices (if applicable).
Ensure overall readiness of the office environment for daily operations.
Conduct weekly stock verification of pantry and office supplies.
Submit stock reports every Saturday to the reporting authority.

General Expectations:

Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour at all times.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of office premises.

Follow instructions from the Administration/HR department as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
