Job Summary

The Front Sales / BDE Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding Cizar's market presence within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or industrial sales, a passion for sustainability, and proven success in managing a territory-based sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Present and promote Cizar's eco-friendly cleaning solutions to prospective clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide technical knowledge and support for product application and usage.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Customer Service) to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory plans.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.
Consult with department heads to plan and to secure information on products and customer specifications.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing or cleaning solutions.
Knowledge of eco-friendly or green-certified products is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success in territory management and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
