Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and presentable Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our study abroad consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, assist walk-in students and parents, and support the team in delivering a smooth and professional experience to clients seeking overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Provide basic information about study abroad programs, countries, and services offered by the firm.
Schedule and manage appointments for counseling sessions.
Maintain and update student inquiry records and CRM systems.
Manage walk-in registrations and follow-up coordination.
Handle documents, courier services, and application files.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with counselors and support staff for smooth daily operations.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and student events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or admin roles (freshers can apply).
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Friendly personality with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

Interest or basic knowledge in study abroad processes and education systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Good coordination and time management skills.

Quality of first interaction with students/clients
Efficiency in handling inquiries and appointments
Accuracy in maintaining student records and data
Coordination effectiveness with counselors
Overall client satisfaction at the front desk

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and communication skills.
