ob Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director

Company: Vision PR
Work Model: Hybrid (Office + Meetings + Event Visits + Limited Remote)
Location: Ahmedabad (Travel within Gujarat & Mumbai as required)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Similar Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will act as the right hand to the MD. The role requires strong coordination, leadership monitoring ability, event understanding, and business-focused thinking.

This is a hybrid position involving office presence, client meetings, corporate events, and occasional remote coordination.

Key Responsibilities1️ Executive & Meeting Support

Assist the MD in corporate meetings and presentations
Attend business meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Follow up with internal teams and clients on action points
Manage and maintain MD’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedule

2️ Event & Project Coordination

Assist in visiting and supervising corporate events
Manage assigned corporate event projects
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Ensure smooth execution as per company standards

3️ Office & Team Management

Collect daily task reports from staff and present summary to MD
Monitor employee etiquette and professional conduct
Ensure discipline as per company policies
Support implementation of rules and internal systems
Maintain smooth office operations and workflow

4️ Business & Performance Support

Support in achieving business targets
Track project progress and revenue updates
Assist MD in strategic planning & business goal monitoring

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage)
Excellent organizational & time-management skills
Leadership monitoring ability
Professional personality with corporate etiquette
Ability to handle pressure & extended meeting hours
Strong follow-up and execution capability

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years experience as EA / PA / Executive Coordinator
Experience in Corporate, Event Management, PR, or Marketing industry preferred
Graduate or MBA preferred (not mandatory for highly capable candidates)

Work Structure (Hybrid Model)

4–5 days from office (depending on meeting schedules)
Client & event visits as required
Limited remote work for coordination tasks
