About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused individuals who want to build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition Associate Intern, you will work closely with hiring teams, interact with candidates, and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

This role is ideal for freshers who want practical exposure to sourcing, screening, communication, and recruitment operations in a fast-growing staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Handle candidate communication professionally
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Support hiring teams in closing open positions
Learn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes
Meet daily activity and monthly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and recent graduates are welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR is a plus
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Work Requirements

Laptop/Desktop with minimum Intel i3 or above
Stable internet connection
Quiet and professional work environment
Power backup preferred
