Healthcare Administration Assistant (Rehabilitation Services)

Location: Remote / Work From Home (India)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Full-time role aligned to UK business hours

About SESLAX

SESLAX provides administrative, operational, and business support services to international organisations, including healthcare providers.

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic Healthcare Administration Assistant to join our growing team and support a UK rehabilitation service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in international healthcare administration and operations.

You will receive structured training and work alongside experienced colleagues while supporting patients, clinicians, and operational teams.

About the Service

Our client provides specialist rehabilitation services to adults recovering from:

Stroke
Neurological conditions
Brain injury
Orthopaedic surgery
Falls and mobility problems
Other long-term health conditions

Every enquiry you handle and every appointment you coordinate helps patients access the care they need.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Administration

Respond to emails and messages professionally
Assist with patient enquiries
Update patient records
Maintain accurate documentation

Appointment Coordination

Assist with appointment bookings
Update clinician diaries
Process appointment changes
Support scheduling activities

CRM and Data Management

Update CRM records accurately
Maintain digital files
Track enquiries and follow-up tasks
Ensure information is organised and complete

Documentation Support

Prepare documents and letters
Format reports and presentations
Proofread documents for spelling and grammar
Update templates and spreadsheets

Administrative Support

Assist with invoicing administration
Support operational projects
Complete general administrative tasks
Work collaboratively with the wider team

IT Systems

Use Microsoft Office applications
Learn and use CRM systems
Learn scheduling and clinical software
Maintain accurate electronic records

Full training will be provided.
