Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Shrink Operator to join our team in Bhopal. The Shrink Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining shrink-wrapping machinery to package various products efficiently and according to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machine operation, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate shrink-wrapping machines to package products as per production schedules and specifications.
Load products onto the conveyor system and ensure proper alignment for the shrink-wrapping process.
Monitor machine performance, including temperature, film tension, and sealing quality, making adjustments as necessary.
Perform routine quality checks on finished packages to ensure proper sealing, labeling, and overall product integrity.
Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing film rolls.
Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored appropriately.
Report any major machine breakdowns, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading packaging materials.
