We are looking for a Growth Manager who can help us scale our digital presence, generate quality leads, increase app downloads, and drive measurable business growth through digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital growth strategies across multiple products.
- Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Create and track growth KPIs and performance dashboards.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Improve Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Coaching Institutes
- NGOs
- Parents
- Build lead funnels and nurture campaigns to improve conversions.
Social Media Growth
- Grow Tabschool's presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Develop organic growth strategies and engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Increase organic website traffic through SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and content planning.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Work on backlink-building and search visibility improvements.
App Growth & User Acquisition
- Drive downloads and user acquisition for Tabschool Kidly and other digital products.
- Optimize app store listings (ASO).
- Design campaigns to improve user retention and engagement.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and automated customer journeys.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- Looker Studio
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Education, or Technology sectors.
- Experience managing app install campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
