Job Title: AEM Architect / Technical Lead

Experience: 8–10 Years
Work Mode: Remote
Shift Timing: US Shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM architecture, team leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Define and enforce AEM best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization activities.
Support AEM upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.
Mentor developers and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

8–10 years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and DAM.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and Servlets.
Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise AEM implementations.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.
Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

Adobe Experience Manager certifications.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience in headless CMS implementations and GraphQL.
Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization technologies.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
