Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed design and development stories
Lead and execute end-to-end integration activities between Areeba X (Verto) Switch and external systems (banks, schemes, processors)
Perform functional testing, QA validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Configure, fine-tune, and support IST Switch (FIS 7.6.1) in a system administrator capacity
Provide production support, system monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting across multiple interfaces
Investigate transaction flows, logs, and incidents across acquiring and issuing channels
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery and production stability

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of complex integrations end-to-end
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong troubleshooting and incident investigation mindset
Ability to work under pressure in a production-critical environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Required Knowledge & Experience

3–4 years of experience in payment systems, switching, or system integration
Solid knowledge of:
SQL / PL-SQL
Unix/Linux environments
Strong understanding of:
Client-server architecture and server-to-server communication
TCP/IP, APIs (REST/SOAP)
Data formats (XML, JSON, Binary/Hex/ASCII)
Hands-on experience with:
HSM (Hardware Security Modules) and key management
ISO 8583 messaging standards
Payment simulators (e.g., Postman, VTS, MAS/MDFS)
Production support and system monitoring
Experience in:
Integration with Acquiring Systems, POS/ATM drivers, Issuing Systems, core banking systems and card schemes (Mastercard,Visa,Amex,Diner…)
Routing logic and transaction message flows
Good command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with IST Switch (FIS) or similar switching platforms
Exposure to Areeba X / Verto switch or equivalent solutions
Knowledge of Shell scripting
Understanding of transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement)
Knowledge of EMV data and card scheme rules

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
