GreenSky Solutions is a trusted industrial manufacturer and service provider specializing in advanced Air Pollution Control Equipment (Pulse Jet Bag Filters, Wet Scrubbers, Cyclones, and centralized dust extraction systems). We cater to heavy industries like Steel, Cement, Foundry, and Boiler plants, providing both high-end capital equipment and long-term Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to manage backend sales operations, coordinate technical documentation, and support our business development team.

## Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will act as the backbone of our sales department. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain the sales database, assist in drafting techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate between clients and our internal technical/design teams. Your goal is to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly and efficiently from the office.

## Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Documentation Support: Assist Sales Managers in preparing professional quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents.
Lead & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, track sales pipelines, and manage follow-up schedules.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the internal engineering and design teams to gather technical specifications required for proposals.
Client Communication: Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and phone, provide initial company credentials/brochures, and route qualified leads to the field sales team.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule client presentations, follow-up calls, and site visits for the sales team.
Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly sales status reports, tracking active quotes, won contracts, and upcoming AMC renewals.

## Required Qualifications & SkillsCriteriaRequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (A basic technical diploma or background is a plus).Experience1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, backend sales coordination, or customer service—preferably in an engineering or industrial manufacturing setup.Software SkillsHigh proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM tools or ERP software is an advantage.SkillsStrong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.CommunicationGood verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.Export to Sheets## What We Offer
